Today I have some letter E free printable do a dot pages that will be the perfect addition to your preschool letter of the week program for the letter E. These E is for Elephant letter E printable dot pages come in eight different variations including uppercase and lowercase, color, black and white, and ones with and without writing practice.

But before we get to the dot pages, let’s talk about a few of the fun ways that you can use these letter E do a dot printable pages with your preschooler.

Do a dot printable pages are really fun and versitile for kids. It might seem like you can only use them one way (with dot markers), but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. They can be used in a lot of different ways to teach basic preschool concepts.

First let’s talk about how you can use these letter E do a dot printable pages with dot stickers. These can be really fun for kids to use and they come in a wide range of colors.

Dot stickers are great because they give your child some fine motor practice and one to one correspondence.

You can also print out the black and white version of this letter E printable dot page and have them color in the rest of the page with markers, crayons, or colored pencils. Believe me, it’s harder than you’d think to color around the dots! It’s good fine motor practice for them.

Print out the color version of the dot page and have your child color in the dots with crayons (or colored pencils or markers). As I said above, this is harder than it looks and is great fine motor practice.

Also if you print out the version of the dot page with the tracing practice then they can have a little writing practice thrown in there.

Another fun way you can use this letter E printable dot page is with play dough! Even if you don’t want to laminate the page, you can stick it into a dry erase pocket to protect it for repeated use.

Have your child make balls of play dough and place them onto each dot. You can even have them squish down the balls to fill in each dot on the page too.

Letter E Printable With Magnetic Thumb Tacks

This E is for Elephant printable can also be used with magnetic thumb tacks. These are really fun for kids because kids just love magnets.

Frog Book Ideas for Your Frog Themed Unit

Doing a frog unit can be really fun for preschoolers and young children!

While you’re planning out your frog unit, you’ll definitely want to select some fun and educational frog books to include in your lessons as well.

Be sure to select both fiction and non-fiction books about frogs!

As you’re hunting down the best picture books about frogs for kids to use in your homeschool frog unit, be sure to include a variety of both fiction and non-fiction frog books. Non-fiction books are really important to read to your child, even from a young age.
